I thought I would add this short video because sometimes I have a habit of making things sound more confusing than they are. Anyway I was on YouTube today and I found this really short video, If I remember right it’s only about one and a half minutes long but it does a really great job of condensing and summarising a lot of the stuff I tried to explain in Female Abs parts one and two. Hope you enjoy it. I’ll post soon with the third part in the series which is going to be about foods you can eat to help burn more fat quickly.
